Assalaamu Alaikum
The mid-year examination/control tests will start on 4 June 2025 and end on 19 June 2025. (See timetables for details.)
Learners must report to school as normal at 07h30 during the exam period. Dismissal times are as follows:

Review of Papers
Review of papers will take place on 19 June 2025.
Dress Code During Exams
Learners must be in full school uniform:
- Boys: Grey trousers, blue shirt, school jersey or jacket. No tracksuits.
- Girls: Blue abaya, black burqa, school jersey or jacket.
Those not adhering to uniform rules will not be allowed into the exam room.
Absenteeism During Exams
Only a valid doctor’s note will be accepted. Without it, a zero (0) will be awarded for the missed paper.
Foundation Phase
Foundation Phase learners will attend school until 20 June 2025.
From 5 – 20 June, dismissal will be at 12h00 (Mon – Thu) and normal time on Fridays.
Consultation & Reports (Foundation Phase)
On 25 June 2025, selected parents will be invited to discuss their child’s progress. Reports will be handed out at 09h30.
Hajj Day
On 4 June 2025, Foundation Phase learners will re-enact the Hajj rituals. More details to follow.
Matric Dinner
The annual matric dinner will be held on Friday, 25 July 2025.
Reports (Grade 4 – 9)
Reports will be issued on Thursday, 26 June 2025, from 08h00–09h00.
School Fees
All outstanding fees must be paid by Monday, 23 June 2025.
Term Break
School closes on 27 June 2025 and reopens on 22 July 2025.
