 Re-Opening of School

The Board and SMT have taken the decision for the Grade 10 learners to return to contact teaching from Thursday 4^th February 2021. This is the very first phase and as the situation is ever evolving, the decision to bring in the other grades will be revised in due course.

 To ensure the safety of all our learners, educators and support staff a strict health and safety protocol has been developed.

 Wearing of masks is compulsory for all learners and educators.

1. Social Distancing is the key to containing the pandemic and with learners returning to school this process will be strictly implemented 
2. Sanitizing of hands must be done on a regular basis.
3. Temperature checks will be done upon entry to school.
4. The board of Governors, principal, compliance team and the health and safety team have been working tirelessly to ensure that the necessary protocols will be implemented.
5. All sports, cultural events and extra-curricular activities have been suspended
6. The tuckshop will not be in operation, please pack a wholesome lunch for your child.
7. We kindly urge parents to ensure that the learners are dropped off and picked up from school timeously and not to loiter at the gates to avoid congestion.

 Start and dismissal times 

 Should family members or learners in the same household display any flu-like symptoms, parents must contact the principal for further advice before sending the learner to school.
